The \u201cfour-point rule\u201d will make PIP harder to get, and LCWRA payments will be nearly halved unless strict criteria are met. The Office for Budget Responsibility warns that up to one in four people reassessed could lose their PIP daily living award, much higher than the government admits.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"938\" data-end=\"1129\">Despite talk of \u201cmassive concessions,\u201d the cuts are only paused for some.
